There is disagreement, however, on whether the formal sciences actually represent a science as they do not depend on empirical evidence. Disciplines that use present scientific information for practical purposes, corresponding to engineering and medication, are described as applied sciences. Applied Sciences APPLIED SCIENCES are these disciplines, including utilized and pure mathematics, that apply existing scientific knowledge to develop practical functions. Health Sciences HEALTH SCIENCES are these disciplines that tackle using science and know-how to the delivery of healthcare. Humanities HUMANITIES are these disciplines that examine human constructs, cultures and issues, utilizing critical and analytical approaches.
